Hotel Parking:

Free. Please get a tag from the hotel for parking overnight when you check-in.

Airport Shuttle:
Airport shuttle from O’Hare operates on the hour and half hour (e.g., 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM) and picks up outside Door 2C at the arrivals level. 

If you arrive after midnight, please call at hotel at (773) 867-0000

For pick up from Terminal 5, please call at hotel at (773) 867-0000  and wait at Door 5E at the arrivals level.

Check-in:

If you register with accommodation,  please mention that you are with FICA or Overseas Ministry Conference group and provide your name when you check in. There is no need to provide your credit card information. 

Accommodation Note:
If you’ve opted for accommodation, please note that you’ll be sharing a room with 2–3 other attendees. For added comfort, you may wish to bring earplugs and an eye mask.
