We are grateful for the meaningful connections made during our recent FICA@TanahAir gathering for young professionals! It was a special time for FICA members who have recently returned to Indonesia and those who’ve been back for a few years to reconnect and build new relationships.

This gathering provided a unique opportunity to bridge different FICA seasons, as many attendees hadn’t attended the same OMC. Together, we networked, shared experiences, exchanged valuable contacts and resources, and laid the foundation for a stronger community and enduring friendships.
