While many are blessed by attending OMC, its lasting impact is shaped behind the scenes—by people quietly giving time, energy, and care to make the conference happen. From planning the theme and speakers to handling logistics, coordinating worship, and praying with others late at night, OMC is built by many hands.
For those of us who’ve served, it’s not always exciting—but it’s always worthwhile. We stretch, we learn, and along the way, we see how much we grow. That’s part of OMC’s legacy too: shaping not only what happens during the conference, but who we become through it.
If OMC has been meaningful to you, consider getting involved—you might be surprised how God uses it to shape you as much as those you serve.
To the leaders, staff, and volunteers—thank you for stepping up. Your energy, commitment, and love for God and others continue to inspire.
